Key Takeaways

  • •The government can ask teachers to retake a test if they seem bad at teaching.
  • •If a teacher refuses the test, their license can be paused right away.
  • •The teacher gets their license back only after they take the test.

Example

The government can ask this teacher to take a test to prove they can still teach. If the teacher says no, their license gets paused until they take the test.
