§ 99640 Santa Cruz Rail Funding

Eleven million dollars ($11,000,000) shall be allocated to the Santa Cruz County Transportation Commission for the following: (a) Intercity passenger rail projects connecting the City of Santa Cruz with the Watsonville Junction. (b) Other rail projects within Santa Cruz County which facilitate recreational, commuter, intercity and intercounty travel. (Added June 5, 1990, by initiative Proposition 116.)
