§ 99312 Transit Assistance Fund Allocation

Except as provided in Sections 99311 and 99311.5, and Sections 6051.8 and 6201.8 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, the funds in the account shall be made available for the following purposes: (a) Fifty percent for purposes of Section 99315, subject to appropriation by the Legislature. (b) To the Controller, 25 percent for allocation to transportation planning agencies, county transportation commissions, and the San Diego Metropolitan Transit Development Board pursuant to Section 99314, for the purposes of the State Transit Assistance Program. These funds are hereby continuously appropriated for these purposes. (c) To the Controller, 25 percent for allocation to transportation planning agencies, county transportation commissions, and the San Diego Metropolitan Transit Development Board pursuant to Section 99313, for the purposes of the State Transit Assistance Program. These funds are hereby continuously appropriated for these purposes. (Amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 86, Sec. 2. (AB 1113) Effective July 21, 2017.)
