§ 93017 District Dissolution And Assets

• •When the consolidation process is done, the San Diego County Transit District will no longer exist.
• •Any property or assets not covered by the consolidation agreement will go to the County of San Diego.

Imagine the Transit District owns a bunch of buses and a building. After consolidation, if some of these buses or the building aren't part of the deal, they will be given to the County of San Diego.

The law says that after the Transit District is dissolved, any leftover property or assets that weren't included in the consolidation agreement will be handed over to the County of San Diego.
