§ 90770 City Annexation To District

Any city not included within the boundaries of the district may be annexed thereto in the manner provided in this chapter, and if such annexation is successful, shall be entitled to seat one member on the district’s board of directors. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 2039.)
