§ 7653 Passenger Car Capacity Requirements

• •Even if you ride in a car that’s usually for bags or stuff (like a freight car), the train company must keep you just as safe as in a regular passenger car.

You buy a train ticket, but when you get on, the train is so packed that there’s no room for you to sit or stand safely.
