§ 705 Commission Hearing Procedures

• •If there's a problem that needs a hearing, the commission can start it.
• •A hearing can happen if someone complains or if the commission decides to do it.

Your neighbor's dog is always barking loudly at night, and it's against the rules.

You can complain to the commission, and they might hold a hearing to fix the problem. Or the commission might notice the problem themselves and start a hearing.
