§ 705 Commission Hearing Procedures

Whenever in Articles 2 (commencing with Section 726), 3 (commencing with Section 761), and 4 (commencing with Section 791) a hearing by the commission is required, the hearing may be had either upon complaint or upon motion of the commission. (Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 142, Sec. 128.)
