§ 6293 Franchise Publication Cost Reimbursement

The grantee shall pay to the municipality a sum of money sufficient to reimburse it for all publication expenses incurred by it in connection with the granting of the franchise. Such payment shall be made within thirty (30) days after the municipality furnishes the grantee with a written statement of the expenses. (Enacted by Stats. 1951, Ch. 764.)
