§ 40163 Orange County Transit Powers

All the provisions of the County Transportation Commissions Act (Division 12 (commencing with Section 130000)), regarding the powers and functions of the Orange County Transportation Authority shall be equally applicable to the Orange County Transit District as if set forth herein, and shall be in addition to the powers and functions set forth in this part. The board of directors shall determine which provisions are applicable to the conduct of the district. (Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 752, Sec. 3.)
