§ 40077 District Professional Services Contracts

The board may, from time to time, contract for or employ any professional service required by the district or for the performance of work or services which cannot satisfactorily be performed by the regular employees of the district. The board may contract for the services of a treasurer, auditor, counsel, clerk, and general manager. (Amended by Stats. 1976, Ch. 546.)
