§ 3345 Authority Budget Review Process

The authority’s operating budget shall be subject to review and appropriation in the annual Budget Act. For purposes of this section, the authority’s operating budget shall include the costs of personnel, administration, and overhead. (Added by Stats. 2001, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 10, Sec. 1.
