§ 3172 Nonstock Association Member Representation

If a member of a nonstock association is other than a natural person, that member may be represented by any individual, associate, officer, manager, or member of it who is authorized in writing to do so. (Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 680, Sec. 1.)
