§ 3172 Nonstock Association Member Representation

• •If a group (like a club or company) is part of an association, they can send someone to represent them.
• •The person representing the group must have a written note saying they can do it.
• •The representative can be a worker, boss, or member of the group.

A local sports club joins a bigger sports group.

The club can send their team captain to meetings, but only if they have a written note from the club saying it's okay.
