§ 30270 Board Meeting Conduct Rules

All meetings of the board of directors shall be conducted pursuant to the Ralph M. Brown Act, Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 54950) of Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code. (Added by Stats. 1964, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 62.)
