§ 2967 Election Proposition Results Declaration

Immediately upon the completion of the canvass of the returns of any special or general municipal election at which the propositions specified in Section 2965 were submitted, the legislative body or other body or board charged with the duty shall make an order declaring the result of the election upon such propositions and shall cause the results to be entered upon its minutes. The order shall show the total number of votes cast upon each proposition, and the number of votes cast respectively in favor of and against each proposition. (Enacted by Stats. 1951, Ch. 764.)
