§ 29045 Board Decision Deadline

Within thirty (30) days after submission of the case the board shall render its decision in writing together with written findings of fact. Copies of the findings and decision shall be sent forthwith to the petitioners and intervenors by registered mail, postage prepaid. (Added by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1056.)
