§ 27301 Exclusion Order Recording Evidence

A copy of the order of exclusion, certified by the secretary of the district, shall be recorded in the office of the county recorder of the county in which the lands are situated. The record of the certified copy shall be prima facie evidence of the exclusion from the district of the lands which are purported to be excluded thereby. (Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 116.)
