§ 27253 Exclusion Petition Deposit Requirements

The petition shall be filed with the secretary of the district and shall be accompanied by a deposit with the secretary of the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) to meet the expenses of advertising and other costs incident to the proceedings for the exclusion of the territory, including the cost of recording a certified copy of the order provided for in this chapter.
