§ 25803 District Transit Facility Control

• •A district can't mess with or control transit stuff (like buses or trains) owned by a city or public agency.
• •The district can only help or control transit if the city or agency says it's okay.
• •Both sides have to agree on the rules before the district can do anything.

A city runs its own bus system, and a district wants to change the bus routes.

The district can't just change the routes. They have to ask the city first, and the city has to say yes. Then they both have to agree on how it will work.
