§ 16071 Board Meeting Procedures

The board shall establish rules for its proceedings and shall provide for the time and place of holding meetings and the manner in which special meetings may be called. All legislative sessions of the board, whether regular or special, are open to the public. A majority of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. (Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 72.)
