§ 13563 Sewage Disposal District Requirements

Upon completion of sewage disposal facilities for any special district all sewage and industrial waste originating within the special district shall be disposed of through the sewage disposal facilities of the district. (Enacted by Stats. 1951, Ch. 764.)
