§ 13166 Bond Validity Protection

Key Takeaways

  • •Bonds issued under this law are valid even if other laws say something different.
  • •Once the district gets paid for the bonds, no one can challenge them anymore.

Example

A school district sells bonds to build a new school.

Even if another law says the district can't sell bonds, these bonds are still valid. Once the district gets the money from selling the bonds, no one can say the bonds are invalid.
