§ 12807 Sewage Byproduct Sales Authority

A district may sell or otherwise dispose of any water, sewage effluent, fertilizer, or other by-product resulting from the operation of a sewage disposal system, and may construct, maintain, and operate such pipelines and other works as are necessary for that purpose. (Enacted by Stats. 1951, Ch. 764.)
