§ 12806 Public Agency Service Contracts

The district and any public agencies included therein may at any time enter into appropriate contracts for the use by any such public agencies of commodities or service furnished by any of the works acquired, owned, or operated, or authorized to be acquired, constructed, or completed by the district, or of any of the facilities of the district. (Enacted by Stats. 1951, Ch. 764.)
