§ 120244 Public Agency Crossing Rights

The board is entitled to the benefit of any reservation or grant, in all cases, where any right has been reserved or granted to any public agency to construct or maintain roads, highways, or other crossings over any public or private lands. (Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 294.)
