§ 120225 Board Insurance Authority

The board may insure against any accident or destruction of the system or any part thereof. The board may also provide insurance as provided in Part 6 (commencing with Section 989), Division 3.6, Title 1 of the Government Code. (Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 294.)
