§ 11855 District Directors Term Protection

• •This law does not change how long current district directors can stay in their jobs.
• •If you were already a district director when this law started, your job term stays the same.
• •New rules don’t apply to people already in the job.

A school district director was elected before this law passed.

This law doesn’t shorten or change their time in office—they keep their job for the original term.
