§ 11614 Petition Signature Verification

The clerk of the board of supervisors of the county in which the petition is presented shall compare the signatures to the petition with the affidavits of registration and certify to their sufficiency or insufficiency. (Enacted by Stats. 1951, Ch. 764.)
