§ 103440 Pension Plans For Union Employees

The adoption, terms, and conditions of a pension plan covering employees of the district in a bargaining unit represented by a labor organization shall be pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement between such organization and the district. (Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 502.)
