§ 102141 Commission Member Appointment Rules

The commission shall be composed of three persons appointed by the legislative body of each voting entity. At least one of the three persons appointed by each voting entity shall be a sitting member of the voting entity’s legislative body. Persons appointed to the commission shall serve at the pleasure of their appointing body. (Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 272, Sec. 29. Effective January 1, 2007.)
