§ 101271 District Tax Collection Rules

The taxes so levied shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as county taxes and, when collected, shall be paid into the county treasury for the use of the district, or to the treasurer of the district, as the case may be. (Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1161.)
