§ 6951 Railroad Company Penalties

Any railroad company operating a line in whole or in part within this state, or any receiver of any railroad, that fails to comply with any provision of section 6950 is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense. Each day that such failure continues is a separate offense. (Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1092, Sec. 220. Effective September 27, 1983. Operative January 1, 1984, by Sec. 427 of Ch. 1092.)
