§ 125 Workers' Compensation Forms Provision

The administrative director shall cause to be printed and furnished free of charge to any person blank forms that may facilitate or promote the efficient performance of the duties of the Division of Workers’ Compensation. (Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 146, Sec. 139. Effective January 1, 1995.)
