§ 1160 Unfair Labor Practice Prevention

The board is empowered, as provided in this chapter, to prevent any person from engaging in any unfair labor practice, as set forth in Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 1153) of this part. (Added by Stats. 1975, 3rd Ex. Sess., Ch. 1.)
