§ 9675 Violation Penalties And Costs

Every person who violates any provision of this part is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment in a county jail not less than 10 days nor more than six months, or by both; and in addition is liable for all costs, expenses, and disbursements paid or incurred by the department or person prosecuting the case. (Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1092, Sec. 156. Effective September 27, 1983. Operative January 1, 1984, by Sec. 427 of Ch. 1092.)
