§ 8730 Cemetery Plot Endowment Care

Upon the application of an owner of any plot, and upon the payment by him of the amount fixed as a reasonable and proportionate contribution for endowment care a cemetery authority may enter into an agreement with him to use the income from such fund for the care of his plot and its appurtenances. (Amended by Stats. 1951, Ch. 176.)
