§ 80325 Loan Application Disclosure Rules

(a) (1) The department shall post, and update at least monthly, a list of loan applications received pursuant to this chapter on the department’s internet website. (2) The list shall include the name of the applicant, the location of the property that is the subject of the loan application, the administering agency, and a contact at the department for further information. (b) The department shall also annually post on that website a summary of the response action status for each site with a loan approved under Article 7 (commencing with Section 80480).
