§ 79495 Stringfellow Quarry Cleanup Priority

Key Takeaways

  • •The government must focus on cleaning up the Stringfellow Quarry, a dangerous waste site.
  • •They have to spend enough money and resources to fix the problems there.
  • •This is more important than other rules or projects right now.

Example

Imagine a big, dirty dump full of dangerous chemicals in your town.

The law says the government must clean up this dump first, even if it means spending a lot of money and time. They can't ignore it or say other projects are more important.
