§ 42401 Abatement Order Penalties

Any person who intentionally or negligently violates any order of abatement issued by a district pursuant to Section 42450, by a hearing board pursuant to Section 42451, or by the state board pursuant to Section 41505 is liable for a civil penalty of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for each day in which the violation occurs. (Amended by Stats. 1986, Ch. 1453, Sec. 4.)
