§ 42307 Permit Revocation Hearings

An air pollution control officer may request the hearing board of the district to hold a hearing to determine whether a permit should be revoked, if he finds that the holder of the permit is violating any applicable order, rule, or regulation of the district or any applicable provision of this division. (Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 957.)
