§ 41246 Mojave Desert District Controller

The Mojave Desert district shall appoint a controller, who may be a county auditor, who shall be the accounting officer for the Mojave Desert district and who shall exercise general supervision over the accounting forms and methods of keeping the accounts of the Mojave Desert district. (Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 642, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1993.)
