§ 40507 Permit Duration And Fees

The south coast district board, in making any order granting a permit, may specify the time during which the order shall be effective and may require the payment of fees established by the south coast district board. (Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1166, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1994.)
