§ 33605 Preliminary Loan Notes Delegation

Key Takeaways

  • •The government can give some of its powers to certain people or workers.
  • •These powers are about selling special loan notes that are backed by an agreement with the U.S. government.
  • •The government decides who gets these powers and what they can do.

Example

Imagine the government needs to sell special loan papers to get money for a big project, like building roads.

The government can pick a few trusted workers and give them the job of selling these loan papers. These workers can do what the government allows them to do, like signing papers or making deals, but only because the government said it's okay.
