§ 18210 Mobilehome Park Lot Definition

Key Takeaways

  • •A 'lot' is a piece of land in a mobile home park where one mobile home or RV can be placed.
  • •Each lot is meant for just one home or vehicle, not more.
  • •This rule helps keep mobile home parks organized.

Example

You own a mobile home and want to park it in a mobile home park.

The park will give you one 'lot' (a spot) for your mobile home. You can't park two mobile homes on that same spot—it's only for one.
