§ 1576 License Application Approval

Key Takeaways

  • •You get a new license if you meet all the rules and there's no big reason to say no.
  • •If you don't follow the rules or there's a good reason to deny, you won't get the license.
  • •The boss in charge decides yes or no based on the rules.

Example

You want to open a food truck and need a license.

If you fill out all the forms right, pass the health checks, and pay the fees, you'll get the license. But if you skip steps or have a bad record, they'll say no.
