§ 1532 Community Care Advisory Committee

The Committee on Community Care Facilities of the State Social Services Advisory Board shall advise the director regarding regulations, policy, and administrative practices pertaining to community care facilities. The committee shall review proposed regulations for community care facilities, and submit its written comments to the director prior to the adoption of these regulations. The committee shall be solely advisory in character and shall not be delegated any administrative authority or responsibility. Committee members shall be selected from concerned interests, including representatives of professional associations, providers and employees of care and services, and consumers of community care facility services.
