§ 1410 License Suspension And Penalties

The department may suspend or revoke licenses issued under this chapter for violation of any provisions of this chapter or rules and regulations promulgated hereunder. In addition, the department shall assess a civil penalty in the amount of fees received by a licensee as a result of a violation of any provisions of this chapter or rules and regulations promulgated hereunder. Proceedings to suspend or revoke a license shall be conducted pursuant to Section 100171. (Amended by Stats. 1997, Ch. 220, Sec. 15. Effective August 4, 1997.)
