§ 13223 Violation Penalties And Punishment

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed six months, or both. (Added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 557.)
