§ 131100 Food Adulteration Prevention

The department shall perform duties as required by law for the detection and prevention of the adulteration of articles used for food and drink, and for the punishment of persons guilty of violation of any law providing against their adulteration. (Added by renumbering Section 100200 by Stats. 2006, Ch. 241, Sec. 25. Effective January 1, 2007. Operative July 1, 2007, by Sec. 37 of Ch. 241.)
