§ 131010 Director Powers And Authority

The director shall have the powers of a head of the department pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11150) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. (Added by Stats. 2006, Ch. 241, Sec. 34. Effective January 1, 2007. Operative July 1, 2007, by Sec. 37 of Ch. 241.)
