§ 125110 Religious Exemption For Pregnancy Tests

The Maternal and Child Health Program Act (Section 27) shall not apply if the pregnant woman objects to the test required by that act on the ground that the test conflicts with her religious beliefs or practices. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 8. Effective January 1, 1996.)
